Get it into testers' hands

1 · iOS — EAS production build → TestFlight (first external signal).
2 · Android — run npm run build:apk for the first installable APK.
3 · Landing — deployed at / on tessra.bots-n-bones.com; privacy + support live at /privacy/ and /support/; set these as the ASC Privacy Policy / Support URLs.
4 · Sync any remaining web v3 polish → mobile before submit.

v5 — the interactive object

The pivot: drop puzzles, turn the mosaic into a calming, touch-reactive instrument — tap → ripple, drag → trail, long-press → re-seed, ambient breathing. Phase 0 scaffold lives in penrose/versions/v5-object/.
